The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting"), whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, ezrich88 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonus claims, and forfeit all balances therein without obligation to provide advance notice.

All financial transactions on the ezrich88 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include online bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, as well as Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost. ezrich88 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your ezrich88 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, which in most cases is near-instantaneous. ezrich88 does not accept deposits from third-party sources; all funds must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unidentified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account flagged for review.

ezrich88 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unfulfilled wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.
ezrich88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Promotional bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. ezrich88 reserves the right to void bonus grants and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a promotion has been abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith, including through coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
The maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings may be capped as specified in individual promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding a stated cap will be removed from the withdrawable balance upon withdrawal request. Members are advised to review individual promotion terms in full before opting in.

Disputes arising from gameplay outcomes or account transactions must be raised with ezrich88's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. ezrich88 will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes not raised within the specified timeframe may not be entertained.
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the ezrich88 platform: (a) using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by ezrich88; (b) engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage; (c) exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's software for personal gain; (d) engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform; (e) accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited; (f) creating or operating multiple accounts; or (g) providing false or misleading information to ezrich88 at any time.
ezrich88 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, ezrich88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account(s), void associated bets and bonuses, and withhold or forfeit any balance pending investigation. Findings of fraud or criminal conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All content on the ezrich88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface designs, is the property of ezrich88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezrich88's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall be limited to the net amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ezrich88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if ezrich88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ezrich88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
ezrich88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) prohibited conduct has been engaged in; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform; (d) required identity verification has not been satisfactorily completed; or (e) the Member has made a self-exclusion request.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC procedures. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, ezrich88 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ezrich88 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and settlement of any pending transactions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ezrich88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved through ezrich88's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict ezrich88's ability to seek urgent injunctive or interim relief from any competent court in any jurisdiction where it reasonably believes that its rights or the integrity of the platform are at risk.
ezrich88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Members via the contact details on file or through a prominent notice on the ezrich88 platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the ezrich88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
